9-13

Health Fanatic

Slow down, sister! You're super-healthy and that's awesome, but make sure that food and exercise don't turn into a full-time obsession. You need to have balance in your life or you'll risk burning out. You don't have to exercise every day and you should have the occasional treat. Mix up your food and exercise so you don't get stuck in a rigid rut and schedule in time to relax.

14-19

Health Wise

You're a true guru - we could all learn something from your sensible approach to health and fitness. You have ample energy because you eat the right things and exercise just enough to ensure your body's functioning at its best. You have a balanced approach to everything you do, with variety in your diet and flexibility in your fitness regime to keep you from getting bored. Keep doing what you're doing!

20-25

Health L-Plater

You have to start actively making decisions about your health now, rather than just going with the flow. Educating yourself about good food and fitness, and what your body does and doesn't need, will help you to get health-wise. Try to find a couple of physical activities you really enjoy and do them a few times a week, while eating mostly healthy food and taking time out to chill. You'll feel amazing in no time.

26-36

Health Slacker

You're on a one-way trip to Health Problem Town (diabetes, heart problems and obesity live there!). Once you hit that road you can often do some long-lasting damage to your body. Despite what you might currently think, eating healthy food can be fun and satisfying, and physical activity makes you feel good. Reduce the amount of time you spend sitting on your butt and cut back on not-so-healthy foods. You'll find being healthy is empowering and will give you the confidence to do other stuff!  Your body will thank you for it.
